Position: Binding Supervisor
Location: Kundli, Sonipat
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3+ Years
Industry: Printing & Packaging (Mandatory)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Binding Supervisor to oversee binding operations and ensure smooth production, high-quality output, and timely order completion. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the Printing & Packaging industry and strong knowledge of binding processes and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day binding production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines.
- Monitor product quality and minimize rejection and wastage.
- Allocate work efficiently to operators and helpers.
- Coordinate with the Production, Planning, and Quality teams.
- Ensure proper machine utilization and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain production reports and shift records.
- Follow safety standards and maintain 5S on the shop floor.
- Train and guide operators to improve productivity and quality.
- Ensure timely completion and dispatch of finished products.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Binding Supervisor.
- Experience in the Printing & Packaging industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of binding machines and finishing processes.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
