Key Responsibilities:
- Implement quality control plans and maintain process control records.
- Monitor quality deviations and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Investigate customer complaints and internal non-conformances and ensure timely closure.
- Conduct quality-related training as per the approved training plan.
- Maintain and update competency and skill matrices for the Quality team.
- Coordinate calibration of quality and production equipment with external agencies as per schedule.
- Prepare, analyze, and present quality KPI reports to Top Management.
- Follow up on corrective actions arising from audits, complaints, and performance reviews.
- Support QMS implementation, compliance, and continual improvement initiatives.
- Drive process improvement projects to reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
