Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in daily operations and customer coordination activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, outbound calling, quotation follow-up, purchase order processing, GRN maintenance, customer communication, and sales data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending orders.
- Raise Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain related documentation.
- Process and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Service teams.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate customer information.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery coordination.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales-related records.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, MBA, etc.).
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0–5 years) are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
