Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise day-to-day production activities for power transformers.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate manufacturing processes including core assembly, coil winding, active part assembly, tanking, oil filling, testing coordination, and final dispatch.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with Stores, Purchase, and Planning teams.
- Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing drawings, work instructions, and quality procedures.
- Identify process improvements to reduce rework, improve productivity, and minimize production losses.
- Prepare daily production reports and monitor production schedules.
- Maintain shop floor discipline, safety practices, and 5S standards.
- Work closely with the Quality and Testing departments to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in transformer or electrical equipment manufacturing.
- Experience in manufacturing Power Distribution/Power Transformers up to 10 MVA will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
