Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, set targets, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
- Generate leads through digital marketing, referrals, channel partners, social media, and other sources.
- Handle customer enquiries, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, channel partners, and investors.
- Plan and execute property promotions, campaigns, events, and other marketing activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, bookings, collections, and CRM updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & marketing reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and timely project execution.
Required Skills
- 3–9 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing / Property Sales.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Good knowledge of residential/commercial real estate, apartments, villas, plots, or land sales.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, lead generation, and promotional campaigns.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, property visits, and business development activities.
Qualification
Any Degree –Marketing/Sales or a related specialization will be an added advantage.
