Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrical Engineer for our food processing plant located at Mahape / Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and smooth functioning of electrical systems and machinery to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
- Monitor and maintain electrical panels, motors, drives, PLC systems, and utility equipment.
- Ensure smooth operation of production lines and food processing machines.
- Attend electrical faults and minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machines/equipment.
- Monitor power consumption and suggest energy-saving improvements.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of PLC, VFD, control panels, and automation systems.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in food processing/FMCG industry will be preferred.

- Responsible and proactive approach towards maintenance activities.
- Ability to work under pressure during breakdown situations.
- Good team coordination skills.
Salary
As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹10,493.62 - ₹35,000.00 per month
