Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Salary: 20 - 30K Take-home (Based on Interview performance & Experience)
Location- Ambattur, Pattaravakkam
Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (General Shift)
Job Responsibilities
* Design and modify mechanical parts, assemblies, and sheet metal components using SolidWorks.
* Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD with GD&T standards.
* Develop and maintain BOMs, engineering drawings, and design documentation.
* Support machine design, concept development, and engineering change requests.
* Select suitable materials based on design and manufacturing requirements.
* Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Purchase teams for design execution.
* Perform physical inspection and quality verification of manufactured parts.
* Ensure designs meet manufacturability, quality, and cost requirements.
Required Skills
* 1 - 3 years of experience in Mechanical Design or Machine Design.
* Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
* Strong knowledge of Part Modeling, Assembly Design, Assembly Modification, Sheet Metal, Drafting, GD&T, Scaling, BOM Preparation, and Material Selection.
* Understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial practices, and OEM machine design.
* Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
