Position: Supervisor Cum STP Operator, Gurgaon
Business: Water Treatment
What this job involves: You will manage daily operations at the site. You will be accountable for ensuring all technical services meet the client’s requirements. All mechanical operations and their repair and maintenance will be in your purview. You would be managing the following: To ensure smooth operation & maintenance of all the existing Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) & Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and allied piping, valves, systems, etc in the facilities.
Total water Management for the whole site
Coordination for all relevant Audits by internal & external officials/bodies.
To supervise the maintenance of all existing equipment in STP & WTP to keep them in good condition and enhance the life span of machines and equipment
Majorly involve to supervise and coordinating with Vendors/ site team to ensure the process parameters in the STP & WTP and also maintain the product water quality as per pollution board norms
Supervising & controlling the manpower deputed for STP & WTP Operation to avoid deviations/exigencies
Maintaining all records related to waste water & Recycled Water
Tracking & Forecasting of all chemicals, consumables and spares to conserve the cost
Ensure proper housekeeping, cleaning & upkeep of all STP’s.
To ensure zero downtime of the STP operations considering the zero discharge
To ensure regular cleaning of aeration tanks, clarifier, sludge tanks, replacement of defective pipes, diffusers and media etc
To get periodic test reports from an authorized lab and analyse the same before onward submission of the same to AISPL
Comply with the norms of HSPCB and CPCB
Comply with stipulations of Environmental Clearance Granted by MOEF
Maintain records as per the statutory requirements
Use of treated water for landscaping/garden/flushing/HVAC system
Ensure & maintain records of Preventive Maintenance for all equipment to enhance the equipment performance
Tracking & maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for the operation of STP & WTP
To maintain all records about water cess, bore well, STP, WTP log books. To ensure submission of monthly report for water balancing. To ensure water cess returns are filed on a monthly basis
To ensure the deliverables as per contracts with service providers and to record the shortcomings if any as per the terms of the agreements. In the case of any operational, maintenance or manpower issues, the same are to be put on record and coordinated with the service providers
To conduct regular review meetings with service provider and maintain a record of the minutes. To share the MOM with all concerned and persuade implementation of the target dates
To ensure the required quality of STP recycled water, domestic water, R.O water is maintained at all times
To coordinate for handing/taking over of new installations from projects; carry out inspection and record list of observations/snags w.r.t design document, LOI & work orders. Coordinate with projects for rectification of snags.
To regularly monitor the quality of output water. To analyse complaints from end users if any, and speedily expedite the resolution of the same under intimation to the complainant.
Ensuring planned preventive maintenance/breakdown maintenance of all equipment, areas, STP system timely and regularly.
Raise indents for timely procurement/rectification of areas/systems/equipment under breakdown or requiring improvement in smooth functioning.
Always keep a close watch on the behaviour of operating equipment, odour/colour of raw/inlet sewer/outlet treated water/flushing/garden water, soft water, etc.
.Ensure the highest level of standards of all STP’s and WTP’s in accordance with OEM guidelines/MOEF regulations and other statutory regulations.
Work closely with the regional RO / HO / SME/ Training teams and ensure closures of all required reports.Facilitate the services under the Slogan “No Safety No Work”.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
