Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support daily HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on HR experience, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of HR processes and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Manage offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Conduct employee induction and orientation
- HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
- Handle employee documentation and compliance records
- Prepare HR reports
- Employee Engagement
- Support engagement initiatives and HR events
- Address employee queries related to HR policies
- Assist in performance management processes Compliance & Policies
- Ensure HR processes follow company policies and labour regulations
- Maintain statutory records and documentation
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of HR practices and labour laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRMS software preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
- Good Communication Skills- Both oral and written

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
