Job Overview
We are hiring skilled, customer-focused, and experienced professionals for a US Collections Process in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, experience in customer service/technical support, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally in a voice-based process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions and account-related queries through voice support.
- Assist customers with payment-related concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Provide accurate information regarding outstanding balances, payment options, and account status.
- Follow established collection processes, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
- Handle customer objections professionally and work towards appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and account updates.
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate department when required.
- Meet daily and monthly productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Ensure a professional and customer-focused experience during every interaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, Collections, or an International Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills will be preferred.
- Good typing speed and ability to multitask effectively.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including US shift timings.
