- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (fresh graduates may be considered for trainee roles).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, fabrication, assembly, or CNC operations.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as 7 QC tools, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Creo) is preferred.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Analyze production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with design, maintenance, quality, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Prepare production reports, KPIs, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations.
- Train and guide production operators on standard operating proceduresiciency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is an advantage.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
