A well-established restaurant in Kharghar, Maharashtra, serving authentic Maharashtrian cuisine is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high standard of guest service. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the service and kitchen teams.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the restaurant staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and daily operational requirements.
- Control food cost, wastage, and other operational expenses.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Support the achievement of business and revenue goals.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle restaurant operations independently.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and billing operations.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager is preferred.
- Experience in Indian or Maharashtrian restaurants will be an advantage.
