We are hiring for E-commerce Executive with an extensive experience in managing growth of products on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, etc.
Role & responsibilities :
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra).
- Ensure accurate product data, images, pricing, attributes, and SEO optimization.
- Update listings for price changes, stock availability, and catalog revisions.
- Manage order processing, inventory control, and FBA/FBF operations.
- Monitor product rankings, reviews, and conduct competitor analysis.
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertisements to improve visibility and ROI.
- Manage promotional activities including deals, discounts, and coupons.
- Coordinate with customer service and logistics teams for issue resolution.
- Process sales returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Investigate customer complaints and return requests.
- Prepare daily sales and return reports for the accounts team.
- Maintain strong proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Work on raw data to make it go live on the websites like Amazon, Flipkart , Myntra, Wal-Mart, Etsy
