Job Title: Sales Executive/ Senior Sales Executive
Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve company revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and field visits
- Present and promote products/services to potential clients
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with marketing and support teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
Experience
- 2–5+ years for Senior Sales Executive or BDM
