Job Responsibilities
- Preparation and verification of Client Bills, Contractor Bills, RA Bills, and Final Bills.
- Quantity estimation, BOQ verification, and rate analysis.
- Measurement and certification of work executed at site.
- Reconciliation of materials and project quantities.
- Coordination with site engineers, project managers, and accounts teams.
- Maintaining billing records, reports, and project documentation.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely bill submissions.
- Handling variations, extra items, and contractual billing requirements.
- Assisting in project cost control and budget management.
Required Qualifications-
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 Years of Experience as a Billing Engineer in Construction Projects
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Billing Software
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, Quantity Surveying, and Construction Billing.
