About TEDxRambaug
TEDxRambaug is an independently organized TEDx event based in Kalyan, Maharashtra. As we prepare for our 6th edition, we are looking for passionate individuals to help build meaningful partnerships and support the growth of the event.
Role Overview
The Sponsorship & Partnerships team plays a key role in building relationships with brands, businesses, institutions, and communities. This is a strategic and execution-oriented role focused on outreach, collaboration, and creating mutually beneficial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential sponsors and partners
- Reach out to brands, businesses, startups, and community organizations
- Support proposal creation and sponsorship presentations
- Coordinate meetings and maintain relationship trackers
- Collaborate with Marketing, Curation, and Event teams to align sponsor deliverables
- Assist in managing sponsor communications and follow-ups
- Build strategic partnerships to enhance the TEDxRambaug experience
- Support event-day sponsor engagement and relationship management

- Previous event or volunteer experience will be an added advantage

Commitment
