We’re Hiring: Sales Lead – IT Software Development
Location: Ernakulam
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Are you passionate about IT sales and building client relationships? We’re looking for a driven Sales Lead to join our growing team in the software development space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads for IT services (web, app, and software solutions)
- Engage with clients, understand requirements, and propose suitable solutions
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience (IT Sales preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT services (web/app/software development)
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
