About the Role
As part of our Finance & Operations team, the Senior Executive – Finance plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, and seamless movement of goods across our supply chain. The position supports business continuity by maintaining strong financial controls, coordinating logistics partners, and delivering timely MIS insights for management decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Compliance
- Manage daily accounting activities including AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and cash flow tracking.
- Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Support month‑end closing, ledger review, and documentation for audits.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor shipping schedules, optimize routes, and track shipment status.
- Handle customs documentation, import/export compliance, and inventory movement.
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Track logistics budgets, working capital utilization, and vendor billing accuracy.
- Conduct invoice verification, reconciliation, and cost‑efficiency analysis.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce operational costs.
MIS & Performance Reporting
- Prepare structured MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
- Analyze financial and logistics performance metrics to support strategic decisions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems.
Candidate Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in finance, accounting, logistics operations, or supply chain coordination.
Technical Skills
- Strong command of Advanced MS Excel (Pivot, Lookup, MIS formatting).
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Tally or equivalent platforms.
Domain Expertise
- Knowledge of customs documentation, GST/TDS compliance, inventory control, and vendor management.
- Understanding of freight movement, transportation planning, and warehouse coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
