Role Description The Operation Manager for the game zone will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the facility, ensuring smooth operations and an excellent visitor experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bhiwandi and includes managing staff schedules, supervising game zone activities and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. The role involves monitoring equipment performance, coordinating maintenance and optimizing game layouts to improve customer engagement and revenue. The Operation Manager will handle customer queries and feedback, implement operational policies, track key performance metrics and support promotional activities and events. Collaboration with the leadership team to control costs, manage inventory and drive continuous improvement will be a key part of this position.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in game zone, family entertainment or something relevant to this field only, preferably in entertainment environments.
- Strong people management skills, including team supervision, scheduling, performance coaching and conflict resolution.
- Ability to manage customer service, handle escalations professionally and maintain a welcoming and safe environment.
- Competence in basic budgeting, inventory control and reporting, with comfort using standard office and point-of-sale software.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and guests.
- Understanding of safety and compliance standards for public recreational spaces; experience implementing safety protocols is an advantage.
- Flexibility to commute as required by game zone operations.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, hospitality, recreation management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a game zone, amusement center or similar entertainment venue will be considered an added benefit.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
