Job Description
Litoust India Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and result-oriented SMO Manager with 2+ years of professional experience in Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media strategies, paid advertising, audience targeting, and campaign optimization to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media channels.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, and conversions.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to maximize ROI.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the content, graphic design, and video editing teams to create high-performing creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, advertising policies, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Social Media Marketing and Paid Advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, A/B testing, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and Pixel implementation is preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
- Experience in SEO, content marketing, and social media analytics will be an added advantage.
