Sharp Abacus Learning School is hiring a part-time Customer Support & Digital Marketing Executive to handle calls, support enquiries, and assist with basic promotional activities.
Responsibilities
Handle calls from parents and leads
Share Abacus and Vedic Maths program details
Follow up with interested enquiries
Record call details and coordinate with the team
Create simple flyers, posters, and short videos
Post promotional content on WhatsApp and social media
Timings
8:30 AM to 12:00 PM daily
8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Saturday and Sunday
Requirements
Good English communication
Ability to speak any two Indian languages
Personal laptop is mandatory
Basic computer, WhatsApp, and mobile handling skills
Willingness to learn Canva, video editing, and digital marketing tools
Freshers can apply
Preferred
Women candidates comfortable with weekend work
Interest in customer support, telecalling, education, and digital marketing

Details:
-Answer incoming calls from parents, students, and leads
-Provide information about Abacus and Vedic Maths programs
-Handle enquiries in a polite and professional manner
-Share details about classes, demo sessions, and timings as guided by the team
-Record call details and customer requirements properly
-Follow up with interested leads when needed
-Coordinate with the internal team or teachers and escalate important enquiries also schedule demo classes
- Sometime additional digital marketing responsibilities

Monday to Friday: 08:30 am to 12:00 pm (Mornings)
Saturday : 08:30 am to 4:30 pm (Full day from early morning)
Sunday : 08:30 am to 04:30 pm (Full day from early morning)
approx 7 hours average productive time in weekends daily.
approx 3.5 hours of average productive time in weekdays daily.
Language:
- English and speaks atleast 2 Indian languages (Required)
