Job Title: HR Executive
Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting daily human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave, and employee data.
Assist in payroll preparation and coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related issues.
Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Experience:
0–3 years of experience in HR or a related role (Freshers with HR specialization may also apply)
