We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to manage day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in MS Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and have working knowledge of Tally for basic accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations and office coordination
- Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems
- Handle data entry, reports, and MIS using Excel
- Prepare presentations and official documents in Word and PowerPoint
- Assist in basic accounting tasks using Tally (invoicing, entries, reports)
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
- Manage emails, calls, and scheduling
- Ensure smooth office functioning and support management as required
Skills Required:
- Very strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Tally
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in administration or office management
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
