NMTronics India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relation Executive to join our Commercial Operations team.

Designation: Customer Relations Coordinator
Role Purpose
To serve as the single point of commercial coordination between customers, Sales, Service, Finance, FTWZ, and Logistics teams, ensuring seamless order execution from Purchase Order receipt to final payment realization while maintaining complete compliance with import/export regulations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Commercial Coordination
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers, Sales, Service, Logistics, and Commercial teams throughout the order lifecycle.
- Ensure timely response to customer queries and maintain proactive communication until order closure.
- Coordinate all commercial activities from PO receipt through final payment realization.
Order & Commercial Documentation
- Review and process Purchase Orders, Commercial Invoices, Delivery Challans, Packing Lists, and related documentation.
- Coordinate customer-specific commercial requirements, including Advance Payments, Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantee (BG), Security Deposit (SD), and Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG).
- Review, coordinate, and manage Letter of Credit issuance, amendments, discrepancies, and compliance.
Import & Export Compliance
- Maintain strong working knowledge of import and export procedures for SMT machines, automation equipment, spare parts, and accessories.
- Ensure proper implementation of applicable duty exemption schemes, including:
- CEPA
- IGCR
- FTA
- MOOWR
- SEZ / FTWZ Operations
- Other applicable Customs and DGFT schemes
- Coordinate with Customs, FTWZ, CHA, Freight Forwarders, and internal stakeholders for smooth shipment execution.
Shipment Monitoring
- Monitor inward and outward movement of materials through FTWZ.
- Prepare and circulate Daily Shipment Reports covering:
- Material Inward
- Material Outward
- Shipment Status
- Customs Clearance Status
- Delivery Milestones
- Track shipment progress and ensure timely resolution of logistics issues.
Customer Payment & Commercial Closure
- Follow up with customers for advance payments, milestone payments, and final payment realization.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure timely collections without customer escalations.
- Support final documentation, installation reports, customer acceptance certificates, and commercial closure.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain dashboards for:
- Pending Orders
- Shipment Status
- Payment Follow-ups
- Documentation Status
- Commercial Risks
- Highlight critical issues and recommend corrective actions.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
