Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, pitching our services, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
- Identify potential clients and schedule meetings.
- Present and pitch CBS services to business owners and decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and content creation services is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or marketing is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
