Job Summary
The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing LT electrical panels such as PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD, PLC, and Control Panels. The candidate will prepare electrical drawings,
Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical panel drawings as per customer requiremnt.
- Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD), General Arrangement (GA) drawings, schematic and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Select switchgear, busbars, wires and other panel components as per customers requirement.
- Coordinate with estimation, production, and project teams for design requirements.
- Ensure compliance with IEC, IS, and customer specification.
- Provide technical support during panel manufacturing and testing.
- Review and update drawings based on site or customer feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation of all design records.
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
- Knowledge of LT Electrical Panels (PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD, PLC, and Control Panels).
- Understanding of Electrical Schematics and Wiring Diagrams.
- Knowledge of Busbar Sizing.
- Familiarity with Electrical Standards (IEC/IS).
- Basic knowledge of panel manufacturing processes.
Software Knowledge
- AutoCAD
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- Basic knowledge of EPLAN or similar electrical design software (preferred)
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
