Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Academic Counselor to guide aspiring developers and data professionals into our premium training programs. In this role, you aren’t just selling a course; you are acting as a career strategist. You will consult with students and working professionals, understand their career goals, and map them to our Full-Stack Development (MERN/Java/Python) and Data Analytics (SQL, Python, PowerBI/Tableau) tracks.
Key Responsibilities
- Career Consulting: Conduct deep-dive counseling sessions with prospects to assess their technical background, career goals, and suitability for our programs.
- Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end enrollment funnel, converting inbound leads and organic inquiries into registered students.
- Subject Matter Alignment: Clearly explain the market demand, curriculum highlights, and career outcomes of our Full-Stack and Data Analytics tracks.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior counselors, share closing strategies, and help the team stay updated on tech industry trends.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
What We Are Looking For
- Tech Literacy: You don't need to write code, but you must know the difference between front-end and back-end, and understand what a data analyst actually does.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Strong track record of high-ticket selling using empathy and deep listening rather than aggressive "hard sell" tactics.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build immediate trust with diverse candidates.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to track your own funnel metrics (conversion rates, lead-to-call ratios) to optimize your daily workflow.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,690.07 per month
