Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective management of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
- Support managers and employees with employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
- Oversee performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Maintain compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate training and professional development activities.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Pay: ₹15,513.59 - ₹60,000.00 per month
