We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in online registrations, sales coordination, and customer relationship management. Candidates with retail sales experience will be preferred, while exposure to food products/FMCG will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Handle online registrations, vendor registrations, and customer onboarding processes.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate and close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM/sales records.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor sales targets and prepare periodic performance reports.
