Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced E-Commerce Associate (Supervisor) to manage daily operations and fleet activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for rider hiring, fleet management, order management, attendance tracking, slot booking, and maintaining operational records. The candidate should be capable of supervising riders, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting business growth through effective team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end rider hiring, onboarding, and documentation processes.
- Supervise and coordinate daily rider and fleet operations.
- Monitor and manage order flow to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain rider attendance records, shift schedules, and performance tracking.
- Manage rider slot bookings and workforce allocation.
- Maintain operational sheets, reports, and databases accurately.
- Coordinate with riders to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Monitor fleet performance and ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Experience Required
- 3–4 years of experience in rider hiring, fleet management, operations supervision, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, and managing delivery riders.
- Experience in handling rider attendance, slot booking, order management, and operational reporting.
- Ability to supervise field teams and ensure smooth operational performance.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, last-mile delivery, or related industries is preferred.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Experience in team management and operational coordination.
