Job Summary
MRF Mills is looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market reach, generating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and institutional clients within the flour and food products industry.
This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in the field while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Meet potential and existing customers to promote MRF Mills products and understand customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product quality, pricing, and benefits effectively.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely payment collections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, flour mills, food products, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities efficiently.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
