- Preform Loading & Machine Operation – Operate PET blowing machine and ensure proper loading of preforms.
- Bottle Quality Monitoring – Check bottles for defects like uneven thickness, cracks, deformities, or improper neck finish.
- Machine Parameter Setting – Set and adjust temperature, pressure, and timing as per production standards.
- Production Target Achievement – Maintain required output as per shift plan.
- Troubleshooting – Identify and resolve minor mechanical or process issues during operation.
- Preventive Maintenance Support – Assist maintenance team during breakdowns and scheduled maintenance.
- Material Handling – Ensure proper storage and handling of preforms and finished bottles.
- Documentation – Maintain production logs, rejection records, and shift reports.
- Safety Compliance – Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
- Housekeeping (5S) – Maintain cleanliness around the machine and work area.
