Key Responsibilities:
A. Lead Generation & Follow-ups
1. Identify potential clients across residential, commercial, retail, and office segments.
2. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using platforms such as LinkedIn, JustDial, IndiaMART, referrals, and walk-ins.
3. Conduct cold calling, outreach, and regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
4. Schedule and coordinate meetings with qualified leads.
B. Client Meetings & Closures
1. Understand client requirements, project scope, and expectations.
2. Coordinate with the design, marketing team, and founder for proposal preparation.
3. Present the company portfolio, services, and pricing to potential clients.
4. Support negotiations and assist in closing deals.
C. Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
2. Ensure professional communication and a positive client experience throughout the sales process.
D. Market Research & Reporting
1. Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the interior design industry.
2. Identify potential business opportunities and suggest improvement strategies.
3. Maintain weekly sales reports, track lead status and conversions, and update CRM (Zoho CRM) with all client interactions.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
