Role Description The Regional Human Resources will support HR operations and people management at Vision Honda’s a full-time, on-site role. This position will handle day-to-day HR activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation. The role includes assisting in performance management processes, supporting learning and development initiatives, and helping implement HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Experience in HR operations, including payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and HR documentation.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies relevant to the automotive or retail sector.
- Ability to support performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or HR-related software, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with a collaborative working style.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an HR role, preferably in a dealership, automotive, or similar customer-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and willingness to work on-site
- Language proficiency of Malayalam and English is mandatory.
