Job Description:
1. Assisting in Design and Planning:
· Support senior engineers in the design and planning of highway projects.
2. Site Inspections and Surveys:
· Conduct site inspections and surveys to gather data and ensure compliance with project specifications.
· Report findings to senior engineers.
3. Project Coordination:
· Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
· Assist in scheduling and managing project timelines.
4. Quality Control:
· Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
· Conduct tests and inspections of materials and workmanship.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
· Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reports.
· Assist in preparing project documentation and reports for senior engineers and clients.
6. Technical Support:
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the construction phase.
· Assist in resolving any engineering issues that arise on-site.
7. Designing local road schemes and maintaining the road network, including structures such as bridges
- Working with other professionals to build and maintain roads
- Finding new solutions to transport problems
- Planning for highway maintenance and improvement projects
- Ensuring roads are kept clear and open in winter
- Planning and supervising new projects
- Preparing tender and contract documents
- Managing construction teams and adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Undertaking risk assessments
- Dealing with stakeholders including clients, transport specialists and members of the public
- Undertaking new road scheme designs to the highest appropriate technical standards
- Assisting with the preparation of design resource estimates
- Estimating construction costs
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Educational Qualification:
- BE,B.Tech or diploma in civil engineering
- Relevant 5-6 Years experience in required field.
- Mostly did projects into Building Construction only considerable for this post.
- Proficiency in CAD software, knowledge of engineering principles, and familiarity with construction materials and methods.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
