About the Role
We're looking for a Content & Operations Associate who can script, research and get things done.
This is a generalist role at its core - scripting is your primary skill but not your only job. As the company grows, you'll be expected to wear multiple hats and take on responsibilities beyond scripting without being asked twice.

What You'll Do
→ Script reels and videos for Instagram and YouTube
→ Research story angles and trending topics in Indian education
→ Build content ideas that are audience-first, not just platform-first
→ Support day-to-day operations - coordination, tracking, follow-ups
→ Collaborate directly with the founder on content direction
→ Pick up whatever the business needs - and own it
Who We're Looking For
→ Experience in social media scripting - not as a user, as a creator
→ Strong research and writing skills
→ Platform intuition for Instagram and YouTube
→ Comfortable with a generalist setup - scripting is your core skill but not your only job
→ Looking for a long term role - not a short stint
→ Not originally from Delhi but currently based here
→ Available for full time in-person work
Role Details
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month based on capability
Location: Ashok Vihar, New Delhi - in person
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
