· Conduct Daily and Weekly review meeting with the Quality Team
· Provide in-process and Final inspection
· Minimize rejection rate
· Arrange for gauges and instruments as necessary
· To give a proper guideline for part inspection and instrument handling to junior inspectors.
· After inspection any deviations, Re-work and Rejection details maintain and inform to concern department
· Should possess indept knowledge of Instruments like, Vern, Mic, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Air Gauge, Dial gauge, NPT thread gauge, Plug gauge, Profile Projector, Contour, CMM etc.
· Problem solving, Ovality, GDT(Geometrical Dimensional Tolerance), 14 symbols,
· Planning and organizing the development activities for Quality Department.
· Effective use of 5S, Kaizen.
· Coordinating for manufacturing, testing activities
· For Maintaining the IMS in the context with ISO-9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 & ISO 45001-2018 standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
