Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Tiruppur, Tamilnadu.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer support or a related role
Languages: Proficient in Hindi, English & Tamil

Key Responsibilities:-
● Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries and complaints professionally through various channels such as phone, email and chat.
● Issue Resolution: Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
● Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
● Process Adherence: Follow company policies, guidelines, and customer support best practices.
● Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with relevant teams.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless support and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements:-
● Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a customer support or customer-facing role.
● Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English and Tamil.
● Customer Service Mindset: Demonstrates empathy, patience and a positive attitude while dealing with customers.
● Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and other support tools. Basic computer literacy is required
