2. Maintenance / Mechanical Supervisor for fabrication unit
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines and production equipment.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues.
3. Maintain hydraulic presses and ensure smooth machine operation.
4. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
5. Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
6. Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
7. Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
8. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of CNC machine maintenance.
Experience in hydraulic press maintenance and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
Preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
Ability to read engineering drawings and maintenance manuals.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
