Job Summary We are Looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our team as Telecallers. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, interacting with customers, and supporting business growth through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive customer calls professionally.
- Explain products/services clearly to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Maintain proper call records and updates.
- Follow-up with Customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 10th/12th pass or any graduate
- Good communication in Hindi, English, and Telugu.
- Basic Computer Knowledge Ability to handle phone systems and data entry.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently over calls.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Customer -focused attitude.
