A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) profile in an RVSF (Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility) plant is a highly specialized role bridging the gap between customer service, automotive sales, and government compliance. The core purpose is to drive the end-of-life vehicle (ELV) sourcing pipeline and ensure flawless customer experience during deregistration and scrapping.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Sourcing & Conversion: Generating and nurturing leads for vehicle scrapping from individual owners, fleet operators, and OEM dealerships.
- Price Discovery: Assisting customers with vehicle valuation, explaining scrapping value, and guiding them through the Example Location Finder process if they need to drop off vehicles.
- Document Management: Ensuring end-to-end legal compliance. This includes the deregistration of the vehicle at the RTO, verifying ownership, and issuing the Certificate of Deposit (COD).
- Customer Support & Grievance: Addressing customer queries regarding the scrapping process, depollution stages, and safe disposal.
- B2B Coordination: Acting as a liaison between the plant operations team (dismantling/shredding), the central sales team, and the customer to ensure transparency.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
