Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Generate qualified leads through personal networks, referrals, outreach, and relationship building
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients
- Assist in requirement gathering and opportunity qualification
- Support the sales process until project closure
Compensation:
- Attractive commission on successfully closed projects
- Commission payable upon project confirmation and receipt of client advance payment
- No earning cap
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, business development, consulting, client acquisition, or relationship management is preferred
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Existing business connections are an advantage
- Self-driven and result-oriented mindset
