The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the training centre, with primary accountability for student registrations, admissions conversion, enquiry management, and revenue growth. The role involves leading the admissions process from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring excellent student experience, coordinating marketing activities, and overseeing day-to-day centre operations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual student registration targets.
- Handle walk-in, phone, website, social media, and referral enquiries effectively.
- Conduct detailed course counselling and career guidance sessions.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through systematic follow-up and relationship building.
- Maintain and update enquiry and admission records in CRM or tracking systems.
- Ensure timely collection of registration fees, course fees, and related documentation.
- Track daily enquiry-to-admission conversion ratios and implement improvement strategies.
- Generate admissions through student referrals, institutional tie-ups, workshops, seminars, and local marketing activities.
- Ensure zero leakage of enquiries through proper follow-up mechanisms.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
