Role Overview -We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Physiotherapist to join our team. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload of patients with complex needs while providing clinical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to our junior staff and assistants. Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Clinical Care: Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with complex acute or chronic physical conditions.
- Custom Treatment Plans: Design, implement, and adjust goal-oriented rehabilitation programs.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support the professional growth of junior physiotherapists and therapy assistants.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate closely with doctors, nurses, and specialists to ensure seamless patient care.
- Service Quality: Help lead clinical audits, maintain high safety standards, and improve departmental workflows.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential digital patient records.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
- Licensing: Active, valid registration with Insert Local Licensing Board
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of clinical experience as a registered physiotherapist.
- Leadership: Proven ability or strong desire to mentor staff and manage clinical workflows.
- Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication, and proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
- Physical Capability: Physically fit to safely support, position, and transfer patients.
