Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering
Experience Required
- 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience in Wastewater Treatment (WWT) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates must have experience in the Oil & Gas sector, along with exposure to WWT and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare instrumentation engineering deliverables including:
- Design basis
- Specifications
- Data sheets
- Instrument index
- I/O schedules
- Logic diagrams
- Cable and Junction Box (JB) schedules
- Loop drawings and loop lists
- Review P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) and develop instrument data sheets for:
- Control valves
- On-off valves
- Field instruments
- Perform and verify engineering calculations such as:
- Orifice plate bore sizing
- Control valve Cv calculations
- Prepare and review:
- Cause & Effect diagrams
- Logic diagrams
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems
- Prepare instrumentation datasheets, P&IDs, and procurement support documents
- Review client technical documentation and ensure compliance with requirements
- Prepare and review instrument hook-up diagrams
- Identify and implement required changes in instrumentation based on equipment specification revisions
Pay: ₹14,127.91 - ₹52,940.11 per month
