You'll run paid acquisition end-to-end across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn for 10+ client accounts, while guiding our SEO team on traditional SEO and GEO. This is hands-on and client-facing — you build the campaigns yourself, present results to clients, and own the performance relationship.
What you'll do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn for 10+ clients at once
- Own each client's budget, bidding, targeting, creative testing, and reporting
- Hit client-specific goals: lower CAC, better ROAS, consistent lead flow
- Join client calls — present performance, explain strategy, manage expectations, handle pushback
- Guide the SEO team on strategy, keyword/topic planning, technical SEO, and content direction across accounts
- Lead GEO efforts — get client brands surfacing in AI answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)
- Set up per-client tracking, attribution, and dashboards so results are clear and accountable
What we're looking for
- 4+ years running paid campaigns across multiple platforms, agency-side with multiple live accounts
- Comfortable managing 10+ accounts at once without dropping balls
- Strong communication skills — confident on client calls, clear in reporting, able to defend numbers and manage difficult conversations
- Proven lead-gen / performance track record (not just brand spend)
- Strong analytics — GA4, conversion tracking, attribution, client reporting
- Solid SEO knowledge to guide a team; GEO/AI search awareness a plus
- Bonus: healthcare or B2B SaaS experience
