Quality Controller (Mechanical)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical)
Requirements:
- Experience in mechanical quality inspection and quality control
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, and tolerances
- Experience using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Height Gauge
- In-process and final inspection of machined components and assemblies
- Preparation of inspection reports and quality records
- Root cause analysis and corrective action for quality issues
- Coordination with production and assembly teams to ensure quality standards
