Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and consistently achieving business targets.
This role requires a leader who can build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team while contributing directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and training.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, performance evaluations, and pipeline management.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion.
- Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports for leadership.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive team productivity and maintain a performance-driven culture.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new sales team members.
Required Experience
- 6–7 years of overall sales experience in the EdTech industry.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing and leading sales teams.
- Strong understanding of inside sales, consultative selling, and revenue management.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Experience working with EdTech organizations is mandatory.
