Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Product Manager to work closely with the Marketing Manager in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.
As a Product Manager, your key tasks include:
- Managing end-to-end support and coordination to ensure the seamless execution of corporate marketing campaigns across markets and channels.
- Developing high-quality creative assets and marketing communications that align with brand guidelines and elevate campaign impact.
- Supporting social media initiatives and analytics, translating performance insights into clear optimization actions for reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Coordinating effectively with vendors and marketing agencies to deliver on-time, on-brief, and on-budget outcomes.

- Graduate degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) with a postgraduate qualification in Marketing (MBA preferred).
- 3-4 years of experience in consumer healthcare/nutrition or complementary medicine.
- Experience in OTC marketing or retail channel marketing preferred.
- Practical exposure to cross-functional campaign execution and stakeholder coordination.
The candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, persuasive stakeholder influence, and a results-driven mindset. The candidate will leverage AI tools for digital search trend analysis and will be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of IQVIA as an advantage. Exposure to consumer healthcare, nutraceuticals, retail channel marketing, OTC brand management, and consumer channel strategy will be an added advantage.
