JOB OVERVIEWWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Designer with a strong background in the modular kitchen and wardrobe industry. You will lead the design and development of cutting-edge modular systems, hardware accessories, and proprietary solutions with the potential for patent filings, enhancing Würfel’s market leadership.

Key Responsibilities1 . Research market trends, user behaviour, and competitors in modular kitchens and wardrobes.
2. Design innovative, scalable, and practical modular solutions and accessories.
3. Make a prototype with a 3D designer, technical drawings, and specifications for new designs.
4. Work with Technical team and prototyping teams to test and refine products.
5. Identify and develop patentable innovations in design, materials, or mechanisms
.6. Use industry insights and data to shape product roadmaps and future design strategies.
7. Stay up to date with global and domestic trends in modular systems and materials. 8.Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships for R&D and sourcing.
9. Build partnerships with external brands and experts for design collaborations. 10.Ensure alignment between design, production, and marketing teams.
11.Collaborate with R&D to ensure technical feasibility and quality standards.
12. Gather user insights and feedback to improve product functionality.
13.Translate customer pain points into innovative design opportunities.
14.Drive Wurfel’s reputation as a leader in modular design and innovation.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
